12v locations

In the owners pdf it says there are 3 locations for 12v plugs,under Instrument, inside center console, and trunk area. I can't find the one under the Instrument panel.

It's in the center console storage, under the arm rest.

Power outlets are in the following locations:

1. In the media bin below the instrument panel.
2. Inside the main center console bin.
3. On the rear of the main center console bin.
4. In the cargo area.

1 and 3 are USB. 2 and 4 are 12 volt.

Damn, so I have to hardwire by radar detector and dash camera. Well, I know what I'm doing next weekend.
