Hi All,

so just got a call from my dealer who said that ford has confirmed that they are shutting down all production for the 22 select, premium and CR1 models and only continuing with the GTs for the rest of the year….
Sounds like common dealer ? to me.

OP is in Canada. They are probably just stopping all orders in Canada soon. This has already happened in the USA...nothing to see here.

Expect massive delays as a rule for any EV ordered/etc. 9-12 months is not surprising.

My Dealership here in Canada is still taking orders, but they will all be converted to 2023 Model Year.

My dealer told me they are still taking orders, it's a 12 month wait and my order may get converted to a 2023. They will notify me at a later date if there is a conversion to MY2023 with the price increase of course !

For a little context here, I reserved my MME 4XP on 5 May 2021. It's production date was 4 July 2021, and it was "completed" on 9 July 2021, well except for one pesky little chip that didn't arrive in Cuautitlán until mid-Sept. After 3 months of "shipping" it dropped in the showroom in mid-December 2021.

I hate to say it, but those appeared to be the salad days of MME production, at least for the Select, Premium, and CR1 lines.
