OK, a couple more data points.

The Ford page to identify what kind of BC you have says you have 1.3 if your MME was built on or after 6/30/23. That makes me think 6/30 was the cutover for 2023.5, unless they’re unrelated.

So a 6/23 build like mine could be either. That said, I wonder if they shut down for a week or two to switch over. Or slowed down. Otherwise, just 1 out of 30 6/23 cars would be 2023.5.

That said, I definitely have the FITS slots in the frunk. If that’s really an indicator, then I’ve got one of the first 2023.5.

It’s not. The FITS slots were introduced before the changeover.

Post your VIN in the FDRS thread and somebody can lookup your exact build date.

isn't the definitive answer on the 23.5 having only one coolant tank, ie the coolant tank by the shock tower is no longer there. I pulled up the molding on mine, and only one tank, an aug 23 build.

Any opinion on the dimple? I'm not sure I care for it when you look at the sleek body lines. Just MO.

I’m sure that for those who don’t have the dimple, there is likely someone else with the same colored car who either doesn’t care or doesn’t want it. Maybe there can be a charge door cover exchange. ??

I don't have it on mine. BUT unless I'm imagining things, they may have tweeked the door close on later models as on my 21 you had to find just the right spot for it to engage and stay closed on my 23 it's dead easy
