Since Brian @Ford Motor Company posted a new survey (which is invisible to me, for some reason, but never fear I found and completed it as a guest), I thought I’d just bring this thread back to the top of the stack. This is what we want. And it’d be super cool to get @Ford Motor Company ’s input as to the top requests!

Actually this is fantastic. Makes it much easier for me to package and send to the software team and say "LOOK AT THIS"

I would like to get in addition to some points gotd to make keyless secure by some state of the art security measures like encrypted communication from car to key and measuring signal timing from sender to receiver to avoid signal extender. If that us done i like to get rid of the Truck like sound when reversing. Next a ped-mode and then trunk switch on the hatch like 22s have with a 2nd Switch. I like to get a trunk door hardware switch on the light control panel like sone broncos have. Ford should be more picky to choose people to ask if the frunk is useful. Not having a frunk that even with smaler space is not a good idea. The competion is adding that and ford is deleting it, this is silly.

This is what we want. And it’d be super cool to get @Ford Motor Company ’s input as to the top requests!

It should also be noted that some (if not all) of these should not just be added to future Mach-E model years, but to all model years. I still can't believe I've had mine five years the end of this month and there's still no manual pre-conditioning or visible DCFC charging rate.

Ford has certainly never giving a single thought to this poll, or any that came before it, and I won't hold my breath that they will. We should still keep doing them, even though they'll continue to ignore them. We'll at least have a better idea what we each want in our next car

To be fair to Brain, he at least did acknowledge it today and say he was sending it to the software team.

Anywho… I also participated in the survey and made sure to mention this Super Poll. This did not make @Ford Motor Company ’s bullet point takeaways from the survey. Nor did a one-tap trunk access button (even though like five people mentioned that in the survey results thread).

@Ford Motor Company - thanks for conducting this survey and participating in this board, but nowhere in your post do you even mention, let alone commit to, working on any of the most commonly requested software enhancements requested by owners.

Many of these features, which should be relatively easy to add, are found here in the Super Poll. But you’ve never so much as acknowledged the existence of that poll or that Ford is working on any of the features requested therein.

Just as one example, already 3 or 4 people in this very thread have responded that they want a one-tap means of opening their trunks added to the top of the Home Screen, but again you have not acknowledged any of these requests.

So videos and all the other stuff you list are all well and good, but would you please address the elephant in the room?? We want software enhancements to our current vehicles!! Enhancements that should be pretty easy to do that we’ve been asking for for YEARS.

Understood and thanks for bumping on this. I don't personally have the ability to develop features, and I can only confirm what's coming when given the green light. What I do have the ability to do is bring information and content to this group from the company and the people behind the products. Managing what I can control.

What I also have the ability to do is share the owner community's thoughts and feedback internally. And I do that - it's a quiet but impactful function. I am your biggest ally.
