Our dealer her in BC, Canada told us the fob was back ordered too. However, it arrived in 3 days after they placed the order.

I took that to mean that paid reimbursements ended Feb 5, but you can still get a second fob thru August. ??‍

I don't understand why these CSPs aren't sent out to customers. Especially EV customers who only come to a dealership maybe once every year or 10k miles.

Yep…if it weren’t for this forum, I wouldn’t have known about it and gotten my second fob.

I already have 3 fobs, so I don't really need another one. I provided the receipt for one of them, and my dealer said they submitted it to ford for reimbursement. It's been over 2 months, so I called the dealer to check on it. They said that the check would come directly from Ford, so I'd have to call them to check on it. I called Ford, and they said that they don't have any way of tracking it or even confirming it was submitted, but if a check was issued, it would be sent to the dealer so I should check with them.

Oh well, I guess it was worth the attempt.
