My tires on my Mach-e are taking a crap. They only have 9k miles on them. I've had 3 of them go bad in the last month. ALL of them have cracked in the same general tread location. Here's a pic of the latest one that just happened this morning.
Brought it into Ford for the 1st tire and they wouldn't cover it under warranty.

Cold temperatures outside? They are not designed to be used under 45 degrees F

I just bought my gold certified 23GTPE last weekend and when I got home noticed all the tires are cracked in the same spot as you when I went to swap on snow tires/wheels. The inspection was done 4 months ago and almost 800 miles of driving put on by the dealer since then… Trying to see if they will do anything for me since cracked tires are useless. They’re trying to get them approved for replacement from Ford. Can’t imagine they will due the cold weather but it seems to be a good dealer so hopefully they will do something for me since certified.

Not happening a lot in Texas I think..
It was well below freezing in parts of Texas during January 2025. I suspect the temperatures is what killed the tires. Not a warranty issue as it is stated in the documentation to not go below 45°.

My pirelli pzeroes OEM on 21 GTPE were delivered to MN is the heart of winter, cracked like crazy got 17.5k out of them but probably shouldn't have. Must be a lot less rubber in the recipe.

GT-PEs came with Summer Ultra High Performance tires unless specifically optioned with all-season tires. Most were not ordered with the optional performance downgrade. Those tires cannot (per manufacturer documentation) be used below 45F and cannot be stored below 40F. The cracking is a known symptom of the Summer UHP having been exposed to low temperatures for too long. It is not a warranty issue since the tires have been used outside of their operating parameters. If I bought a used one that was showing signs of cracking I would negotiate with the seller for some sort of recompense on the fact that unsafe tires are on the car. ??
