I realize that's what we were originally told by Ford, but a new TSB released today says this can only be fixed through your dealer. See the post I shared. Sorry.
I think it is probably better that TSBs, which are for dealers and not read by the majority of the public, to not say "you can apply this fix now, but an OTA is also coming in March to fix it, too" as some/most dealers, then just tell people they HAVE to wait for the OTA.

To me, the real question is whether they retracted the last two SSMs regarding the coming OTA. The latest SSM I saw is screenshotted at the link below. I don't see it active anymore for my VIN, so it may have been withdrawn:

Received 6.14 on Saturday and I’m scheduled for
24-PU0105-CMR-FX tonight. Non EA 10/22 build
Interesting! I have a '22 GT with around the same build date. Would be very interested to know if it installs successfully (and if it fixes lane keeping) as it seems to be failing for most people. Hasn't been offered to me, yet.

Hmm my late build '22 BC works fine. Hope this update doesn't break it!
Did you ever get 6.13? That update broke BC/Lane Keeping for me and many others. But not everyone who received 6.13 was affected, from what I can tell.

Perhaps this is only getting pushed to cars with broken BC?
Maybe not apples to oranges, but I have a Lightning and had 6.13 since December. BC continued to work just fine. Then a week or so back I also received this update. I believe they are sending to everyone regardless. And let's face it, I'll go on record to say Ford doesn't have the finesse to know who has it and who doesn't, who is broken and who isn't. It's like the rest of the software. They'll queue it up and some will get it and some won't.

This is 100% my bet - they push it to everyone and for those of us with broken bluecruise it fails and triggers a 'service your car' warning. There's supposedly a TSB with a process for manually fixing it at the dealer in effect now so it should trigger folks to go in for the manual update.

They both installed successfully. I’m going to recheck BC tomorrow.
