Looks like my GWM was hung and causing the update to hang. After a day of no activity, I reset the GWM using Forscan and immediately it progressed to the next steps and started downloading the update.

Orrrrr you don't wait and you do that I guess

I got the update on the Feb 22. It notified me in the app. I’m on 6.13. If someone wants more info on my car let me know. I bought it Nov of last year.

@Mach-Lee has his tried-and-true 12v disconnect. I just tried a smaller hammer (mostly because I didn't feel like diving into the trunk) and it seems to have worked for this case. Like a Windows 95 PC, the car seems to like an occasional Alt+Ctrl+Del.

Did appear to unstick me. Went to 6.2.1 today as the next update.

I’ve got update today. Just know about it via the app on iPhone. Been driving the car just less than a week. I don’t know what 6.2.1 is about ?

I received this update today. It installed while driving and two errors appeared during the installation. High-Voltage Battery Warning and Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power. I noticed a reduction in vehicle performance. Do you think it's a coincidence or the update messed something up?

Try cycling power on the car. Sometimes the car will erroneously report an SVS and a power-down, short wait (10 or so minutes), and a restart will clear it. ??
