3rd powertrain failure notice???

Getting frustrated with this. I've taken mme to dealership twice for powertrain failure notice and they haven't found a problem either time. This morning, service engine soon is on again with a powertrain malfunction notice AGAIN! I'm at 10000 miles with wifi downloads scheduled and all services completed. What's going on??
