6.14 partial installation:fix pending

Anyone else get this? 6.14 appeared to have installed correctly, but now I see this notice

I think someone mentioned that the Not Completed notice can occur if more than one update comes at nearly the same time. I had this happen when two came within minutes of each other. Both completed but showed Not Completed. A day later it cleared up.
