AA Charge App Changed?

I typically don't update my phone as long as things are working as they should. It had been a while, and I had some time so I updated my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Well.... it took about a dozen reboots to get current - they upgrade sequentially - & I now have a "new look" on my charging app screen.
before the "upgrade" I had a slider showing the current charge level & I cold slide it to the right to charge to 100% for long trip departure. I usually charge to 90%. NOW, with the "upgrade". I see the same slider, but no way to move it.
Is this how it "works" now?
How do I charge to 100%?

Not sure if this translates to your phone, but I have a S25 Ultra at Adroid version 16 and here's the way I increase my charge rate from 90% to 100% (or any % change):
From Charge sceen I scroll down to 'Target charge locations', then I tap on 'Default', now I have the slider bar and can change my charge level.
