anyone has any experience with this AOSK accessory to add handles for the rear door?

Here is a link to the thread with lots of discussion around that specifically: https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...ittle-update-on-front-door-delete-6-23.17052/

My car is due to arrive in a couple days and I can't decide if I want to try them out or just have my kids get used to the stock setup quite yet.

how does it looks like
Like the regular arm rest. VW also has the same sort of thing. The funny bit is that on my 2017 Golf R the armrest is locked. So i bought an Euro VW GolfR armrest, unscrewed the US one and replaced it.

It has 2 higher settings for those who like to rest their arm a bit higher up.

  • The Ford floormats are really great, better than WeatherTech IMO.
  • I have the AOSK 2nd row back seat protectors, but mine just don't stay on. They are very helpful though. I was able to put a wood pallet in the back of my MME last week and didn't have to worry about the back of the seats.
  • The Tesmanian shade for the sunroof was great in my cross-country trip in May and I generally keep it in during the warmer months.
  • The subwoofer add-on is fantastic(check for the most popular thread)
  • I put in a Thinkware U1000 dashcam, which is good. I really wish Ford had some sort of integrated "sentry mode" type thing.
My driver door bottom gets all scuffed up from dragging my feet in/out, so I'd love to get some protective thing for that.

The kids will like the button. Let them try it before you spend money and have to install it.

Another good option for kids... the AT&T hotspot in the car. I was able to get it for $200 for the whole year by calling AT&T and I told them I don't want it to auto-renew as I'll make that decision later.

Use Ford rubber floor mats and especially Trunk rubber mat for home depot and beach activities.
Screen protector is great.
Also would like a scuff protector film for the driver door bottom!!! The ones using double sided tape don’t appear robust.

I had a set of the Ford floor mats ordered with my car, but they never made it. Happy that they didn’t because the 3D Maxpider floor mats and cargo area mat are much nicer. ??

I had the same issue with the right-side seat protector. I used some industrial strength duty velcro to replace the stuff they used. Works fine now.

Hi friends I was hoping we can share accessories you may have gotten that you would recommend to others for their MME.

Cleaning supply, garbage can, organizers, wraps you name it!
Now that my MME is built I'm looking at things to get. Did you find anything really critical in the Great White North?
