All updates and recall completed. Dead 12 volt!

We have a 21 premium all wheel drive ext range battery. A couple of 1,500 mile trips.
Garage kept. Main battery is 55%. But 12V battery is apparently dead. After the recall completed has anyone else been stranded?

The recall for the contactors does nothing to stop the 12v battery from going dead. There was a fix to 2021s to prevent this, should have been applied to your car long ago.

Was the recall update done at a dealer? Maybe they didn’t put a charger on the 12V battery while updating? Rookie mistake!
