Just got back from a short errand in my brand new 2024 Premium 4-x. I have all of 417 miles on the odometer. All of a sudden Sirrius isn’t loading properly. The preset program icons have disappeared and I can only change to (some of) the other channels by holding my finger for milliseconds longer than the usual quick touch-n-release which, if I hold it ever-so-slightly too long, then sometimes this cancels the preset. Anyone seen this before? I’ve stopped and re-started the car a couple of times now (simplistic re-boot?) with no luck. I’m worried that this reflects some sort of a situation-specific software glitch; my software got an OTA update on 8/21; ECG-24.2.4.10, but everything worked fine for the last 8 days until now. ?

You may be in Guest Mode, hit the Driver 1 on the Upper-right of the driver door and see if that clears it up

I’ve encountered similar glitches (though I haven’t in a fair while). There is a reboot key combo: press and hold both the volume/power and seek buttons for 10 seconds.

It fixed itself! Just now came back from fetching a take-out pizza and the car fixed itself. Apparently, Sirrius was ‘updating’ and I must have interrupted it by trying to change a station, at least that’s my theory. This time I waited until it was finished and all is well. Thanks for the feedback!
