Public charging only works when you are within about 50 miles. You can only use it while moving with the latest updates. No, the car won’t precondition en route. The location gets passed but Connected Navigation won’t know it’s a charger.Doesn’t Public Charging provide a list of compatible Tesla Superchargers? And if I select a Tesla Supercharger in Public Charging, won’t it automagically be set as the destination in Connected Navigation? And won’t the car precondition en route?
