Another disappointing email

So every 30 days so far I have gotten an email from ford.
I am thinking that was to much to expect after reading the latest.

”We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your Mustang Mach-E Select order.

Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.

Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what.”

So I guess I will have to wait 45 days for an automated email now.

One can only hope the car is amazing enough to make the angst of waiting for it worth it. From all accounts, it is.

At least you're getting that. My order was finalized in February. I got a vague update in April then nothing since.

Earlier buyers didn’t get an e mail and luckily you will be getting the upgraded more robust part that was the reason for the recent safety recall.
