on 4/10 I noticed while unlocking my s23 a screen came up asking for the PIN so the Bluetooth could connect to the Mach E. I just hit cancel and the result was PAAK stopped working. only solution was to to remove the phone from car menu and reconnect it as a PAAK.

Last night it did it again. A screen pops up asking me for the PIN so the Bluetooth could connect to the Mach E. again I cancel and now PAAK stops working.

any guidance? Rebooting phone don't help. When looking at the app is always now shows Bluetooth connecting.

I know, its a Samsung problem, not a ford, but none of my other BT devices have this problem.

Remove phone from FP under vehicle-PAAK settings and then redo PAAK on your phone.

Yes I know how to remove and reinstall the PAAK, but I am trying to figure out how to get the phone to stop asking for "the bluetooth PIN for the Mach E" ever couple weeks.

You could try network reset on your phone as a last resort. If you do that you will lose all of your passwords and Bluetooth connections.

What about shutting off the phone, then a restart?

No solution but maybe similar issue. I have an iPhone, around the same time, mine began connecting and disconnecting continuously to bluetooth for the PAAK while at home and to the point it was running both my 12v and phone batteries down. I took it to the dealership for the 12v and the tech showed me it was my phone actually pinging it via Bluetooth connect/disconnect (I actually had not made the connection that it was doing it).

For reasons I do not know, my iPhone, and maybe your Samsung is doing the same, began constantly pinging the Bluetooth even though no intent to drive but just sitting within 150’ of the car ?‍♂. Disconnected PAAK and have not retried.

My wife was having problems with her S23. Paak showed Bluetooth connecting but it would never connect. So I removed her phone from paak and made sure her Bluetooth was cleared from the car. I then setup paak again and it's been good for a couple months. Didn't do anything with Sync. Make sure location settings is set to always.

i generally turn BT on my phone off when I am home since my office is close to the garage and I don't want the phone pinging my MME all the time.

Sounds like a problem with your phone since only you have this issue?
