Anyone Else Seem to be Stuck on Ver. 2.1.0???

I seem to be stuck on V 2.1.0
I haven't had an update in months...

I received my Premium in April of 2021 (just fyi)

I have set the scheduler in the OS like 2 months ago but still nada???

Should I be concerned?

Would it help to post my Vin?

Been stuck on 2.3 since February was starting to wonder is something is wrong.

I'm stuck on 2.1.1. Would love to get 2.3.0 for my 2021 Select, but I guess they haven't released it to my VIN yet. Kinda strange since both updates released in the same month and the 2.1.1 was installed in late February.

Support said it should receive it sometime in 2022 but couldn't see any further info or push it themselves. I'm unclear on if a dealer can?

I feel something may be wrong...but I have no way of knowing if there is or not.

Perhaps someone on the forum can help us whether we should be on a higher version by now?

I mean where do I even start to figure this out?

If your not in Early Access or don't have an active FDRS account then you wait for Ford to do what they need to do.

There are only about 60 of the roughly 22,000 pre-June cars that are EA so there are a lot of people with you.

Count yourself lucky lots of people are stuck on 1.6.1.

I've been on 2.3.1 since Jan 20. It seems like Ford is concentrating OTAs on cars in the Early Access program right now, which is several updates that end with Blue Cruise being enabled. One of those updates has been failing to install on the first attempt with some regularity. Once those bugs are ironed out, I expect OTAs will start showing up again for non-Early Access vehicles. If you really want an update, you can ask your dealer to install the 21G01 software package which will get you as current as possible. Expect that the dealer will need your car for at least 2 days to complete that installation.

There’s nothing wrong, there just haven’t been updates since those versions and if it says 2.1.0 and you have Bricks and Tiles games, you are actually on 2.3.0 cause there’s a bug in the release notes on the scree . You’re all good.

I had the "fix" and they updated me after that OTA was performed from 1.7.1 to 2.1.0. I am in the Early Access Program. Now my scheduled update time is stuck at Thursday at 12 midnight which I understand is a bug in the software. I cannot schedule a different day or time (when I do it jumps back to Thursday at midnight). I have asked the EA Team several times about this and to help me and my reply was that "they are diligently working on this." I hope a whole new nightmare isn't about to begin. I need 2.3.0 which is a large update and then hopefully the smaller later Startup updates will down load. I would like to be able to have BC installed when this whole mess is done.

Does anybody know if I can take the car into my dealer and have them update my Startup version to 2.3.0 and beyond using FDRS and the USB port? Is there a TSB out on this that I can show them?

I contacted my dealer to see if they could run the updates for me and they declined because apparently the updates are all messed up by Ford. They said they have 3 vehicles just sitting there, bricked, waiting for Ford to fix the updates ?

I have been stuck at 2.3 for 3 months now. After getting 2 OTA’s in January there has been nothing since then. I got the CSP applied by dealer end of February.

There hasn’t been any OTA updates since then unless you’re EA. So not really stuck, just waiting for them to push out BC to regular folks.
