Not from Edmonton but just 1hr south in Lacombe. Lacombe Ford has been pretty good they updated a bunch of modules for me for free. They weren't frozen update related though. But I am currently stuck on the 6.2.0 -> 6.3.0 upgrade, it appears to have downloaded but never gets applied. I might have to ask the dealer myself if I am also stuck.

1st post just picked up a 2022 Mach E GTPE lovin the car the software though oof! If only there was a manual precon button we would be set.

I’ve had good experience with the folks at Kentwood Ford. Seems like a well-run shop. They turned around my HVJB recall and associated updates in 24 hours.

The charging infrastructure up in the North East of the province is like a charging desert! Cold Lake oof! Stay away from Cold Lake if you dont want to be robbed by the charger. Anyone heading up Hwy 63 by the Wandering River super charger that should have been on-line by now and could give an update on the progress? Thx.
