Order 19xx (yes, I ordered that first morning). Got the email this week. Delivery date listed as September. Lots with higher order numbers in US already have theirs, so we are delayed here...as usual.
I'm hopeful for sometime prior to year end. Not a big deal, my long roadtrips are few.

Edit: Adapter received November 15th. Wahoo!

Hi,

I tried to search so apologies if this has already been addressed.

Just picked up our first electric vehicle, 2021 Mach E.

I noticed that the order deadline for ordering the adapters has been pushed back to Sept 30, at least for the US. Is this is the same for Canad? Does anyone know if we are still able to place an order?

I tried calling the 1-800# but keep getting an answering machine. I also tried to email but not having any luck that way.
