I'd say look for campgrounds with 50-amp hookups but... I don't see any North of Fairbanks.
You could take the Yukon route (Dempster Highway), even charge up in Dawson City (DCFC no less) but its 277 miles to the Arctic Circle sign.
Plugshare doesn't show anything in Eagle Plains (just south of the Arctic Circle sign) but there is a campground there (but they don't show they have 50 amp service only 30/20 or 15 amps--a phone call to them if you're really serious: "Do you have a 14-50 plug??").
The Dalton Highway is quite rough and unpaved in places:
