As an European MME driver I keep frowning my eyebrows about the postings where US Ford dealers (not all, but a lot) are ripping their customers like they are Turkeys. So I wonder is this the Land of the Free, where everything goes? Is there no moral? No customer protection?
And where is Ford? It their badge running wild?
Sure, on this side of the pond everything is not perfect either, but in general dealers behave them selves (within a certain bandwidth and yes we do have shady car salesmen too).
So is it time to close all dealerships and sell cars online and have bodyshops do their service on our vehicles?
