Audio settings not saving to my preferences

Anyone notice their audio settings not saving after the vehicle is turned off?
I have to adjust the treble mid and bass every time I drive the vehicle, even if I’ve been the only driver.
Anyone know how to save these settings?

Glad I came upon this thread! Still a problem in September... going to try this "guest" thing tomorrow. Unreal.

I couldn't get the guest thing to work for me.. Audio settings and number of memorized station lines not saving.
