My Journey not saving

My journey stopped saving. I have everything turned on and connected and it even gives me the notification after a drive that it’s saved the journey but when I go pull it up, it’s not there. Anyone have this issue before?

My journey has never worked for me. Wonder if I need to do something to activate it.

This feature has never worked right for me. Even before the MME. My MME tracks it, bit basically every mile I drive it counts as a new journey. I just don't even pay attention to it anymore.

I think I figured out what's going on. My FordPass was crashing so I re-installed it, then I guess when I did that it stopped connecting to the PROJ--- wi-fi network for AppLink. I re-connected it and it recorded the next trip. We'll see if this lasts.

Wow even sporadically working is more than I ever got. Mine is turned "on" for automatic recording but it records....nothing. Ever.

What "insights" do you actually get by viewing these "journeys?" Anything of value? Before I even bother trying to troubleshoot it I'd like to see if it's worth it.

It tells you how your driving is on three levels - Acceleration, Braking, and Cornering. It rates these categories into three ratings - Excellent, Moderate, and Harsh and it'll tell you on specific points where those ratings applied. It also gives you duration, distance, and average speed. I found it somewhat useful in trying to see how my driving went with or without one pedal driving/drive modes to help make a decision on what I should stick with (I found Engaged with 1pd on to be my optimal). But yeah I guess at this point, I don't really have a huge need for it, but it's still a nice thing to have.

Mine has gone back to completely not working again. I get the notification that a new journey has been saved, but when I go to it, it's empty. I'm just going to stop trying, it's ultimately not that useful. It's just the nagging feeling of something that used to work not working anymore that's annoying.

Update: this time Elle ghosted me. Apparently they just straight up made it impossible to use.

iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 14.7.1 and I do NOT use Wireless CarPlay. Journey recording stopped working for me a few days ago (I do not connect with a cable and never have). Also, all my journey history is gone. I still get notification every time I use the car that a new journey has been recorded ?

It appears it’s now working again after the FordPass update. I’m just going to ignore it now lol I can’t even.

For me, My Journeys was fine in February-March, and died sometime in April-May when Marlin was in the body shop. With all the business about turning off CarPlay to use applink, yada, yada, I was never able to get them back — until today.

Awaiting my wife to come out of a store, I was in the Mobile Apps under settings. Lo and behold, FordPass was there. Opening it, I found none of the options were enabled. I enabled them

When I arrived home, voila, I had recorded a new journey
