Audio volume issue

Anyone had trouble with the volume after the latest audio update? We do not a volume control button on the "sound" screen. Any changes to the sync screen causes the volume to go to the highest level. We reset the sync screen several times, but that didn't fix it.

Was it an ACM update? One guy on the F150 forum reported issues with the volume being stuck at zero after an ACM update he got today.

Message me the VIN and I can take a look to see if I see anything helpful.

Edit: Just got the VIN of the F150 that is having the issue, and it is not directrly related to the OTA. Het received an ACM OTA on 11/1 and his issues started 10 days later. His truck is reporting a code in the APIM as of yesterday when his issue began.

Happened to me yesterday morning, turned car on and radio came on full volume, then when turning it down sounded like it had blown a speaker …. Turned off and on again and ok… no issues today thankfully.
