Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone has gone through this problem. I replaced my rear tires, as a set. I left the front set alone. The "AWD temporarily disabled" light comes on, then off, then on again, and so forth. Is it because my threads are newer in the rear? Should I be worried about this? What should I do? Thanks in advance. ?

It's possible that the overall tire diameters are significantly different from the front and rear now. If that's the case I'd highly recommend replacing the front as well.

Thank you. I figured it was thread related. Going to get them replaced tomorrow ?

I am having the same problem with “AWD temporarily disabled” messages every time I drive over 65 mph. Irritating! Did changing tires help?
