Back up and Starting Sounds

We live in the country and our dogs are free to roam. They are used to cars and my wife is concerned they won't react to the Mustang backing up since it is silent. Does the Mach-E make any sounds before it starts to roll?

not sure that would alert dogs. However sounds like something from the twilight zone

The Mustang Mach E has a 360 degree camera. You should be able to see your dogs in the camera and brake if the car is approaching then. Also, it’s possible that the parking sensors may detect them, depending on size. I’m not sure I’d rely on small children or animals to be unsupervised around moving vehicles, but that’s just my opinion.

Mach-E also has assist on reversing so if it detects something it’ll brake as well

They look large enough to be seen in the rear view camera. You should be good. Just back up slowly.
