Volume on the steering wheel? That’s interesting, I think all those that have had issues with it appearing have tried tapping all over the screen and the volume knob, but I don’t think anyone’s tried the steering wheel controls.

No not on the steering wheel. I’m talking about pressing the volume but inside the wheel on the 15” screen. It works for me.

The button inside the wheel is a power button, not a volume button.

The issue regarding the backup start car code. The key pad typically doesn’t come up so that you can start the car with your secret code when you don’t have your fob or phone key. Sometimes it comes up but mostly not. Many others apparently have the same issue. I don’t know why ford doesn’t fix it. How does someone get ford to fix it?

Ok true. But it seemed to work in getting the keypad to come up, but not today.
