I charged my MME in the garage up to 65% and overnight the charge went to 61% in the morning, how is it possible?
I also noticed that FordPass showed 12,3 kWh charged, the measure with an OBDII device was 11,7 kWh and the home energy meter measured 15 kWh, no other devices were connected to the electricity.

Due to battery temperature differences after charging ends. Battery capacity depends on temperature.

FordPass reports energy added to the pack, which will be less kWh than from the energy meter because charging is not 100% efficient. Only about 82% efficient in your case.

Without directly answering, heat and the term "nothing is 100%" apply here.
