+8 for the APIM is the correct operation. So if it's a 1 before, it will be a 9 afterwards. If you do 8, your radio presets will disappear. I had to change mine to 9.
Ahh I guess I need to go back and put in a "9". Although Besonic works I did notice my presets were blank. I figured it was just a glitch that would clear up the next time I started the car.

I enabled Beosonic in the APIM configuration list, not in the as-built data, but now I checked the as-built 7D0-01-01 and it is 9.
I can confirm that it works also on SYNC versions older than 6.14, I have 6.2.1 (v. 23291) in EU.

Beosonic doens't show in the APIM configuration list on my car, so had to make the changes in As-Built.

This may be a dumb question, but what's the difference between the "As-Built" and the non As-Built sections.

FYI, I've only just started messing around with FORScan and have yet to find a tutorial that explains this.

Once I'm comfortable with how this software works, the Beosonic activation will be one of the first things I do. Can't wait to start modding!

The setting in the APIM list is called "Tone Touch (Beosonic) menu".

The As-Built is this and opens editing the APIM (as-built) line
Ford Mustang Mach-E Beosonic as-built

The list opens editing the APIM line without (as-built)
Ford Mustang Mach-E Beosonic List

Ok, thanks! So if I understand correctly, it's not necessary to change the code in the As-Built section if the setting can be enabled another way?

Right, these are two ways to do the same thing, the list is easier to manage, but not all the settings can be made with the list.
