Really enjoyed the event. Meeting Patrick & Liv, various MME and F150 Lightning folks (along with other EV owners) as well as the Ford people in attendance, was totally worth my 2+ hour round trip.

Oh…and being able to drive my MME for hours was a bonus.

My car will probably be filthy at the Palo Alto Cars & Coffee event this weekend. I broke my foot yesterday so washing this week is going to be fun. ??

Ken was a legend, and a key reason I attempted my first ICE-to-EV conversion in 2008!

ooohhhhh it was ! I just watched the video. Roadster rolls by at 12:01

It is! He passed away and now his daughter owns it. I think she will be lending it to the EV Learning Center for events.

I could never go to an event like this because it will remind me of the time a crappy Ford dealership sold the car I initiated a purchase with them for. Sent my id, ran my credit, we were in the final stages of sale and then the sales rep ghosted me.

Long story short now i have a Select with tech and comfort package instead of the premium i wanted.

I'm just being sour, this event looks awesome and well put together. Glad you all had fun!

It was in San Marcos in San Diego county. I'll always post events like this in the California forum here. But I'll also post them in the Southern California Mach-E Facebook group, on my Twitter feed, and the Mach-E Vlog website.
