Ok, I’m confused again (sorry). I must not be reading the graph correctly. For example, it looks to me that the graph is saying that, at 3500 RPM, the Mustang Mach E produces 475 ft-lb of torque and 475 HP, at at 8000 RPM, the Mustang Mach E is also producing 475 ft-lb of torque and 475 HP?
Even though the chart is just an estimate you have to look at both green lines.

The thicker green line is horsepower, the thin green line is torque.

In terms of what you FEEL when you drive a car, it’s torque.

At low rpm’s with 700 tq it will feel twice as fast as at high rpm’s with 350 tq.

And based on actual acceleration, we know that you don’t get full peak tq from 0 rpm. It ramps up to about 30 mph then drops off from there.

At 3500 its 700tq and 475hp, at 8,000 its 475hp and 315 tq

And then look at the blue lines for the ICE, much more narrow power band, which is why it has a transmission, so you can keep it in that sweet spot. The EV is so much flatter of a power band which is why we have no tranny and feel decent power at any point.

Accelerated onto a highway in my Mach E Premium this morning from a slow roll alongside a Mustang GT Fastback. We both kind of looked at each other and knew it was on. Thought I'd show the driver how a real car accelerates. Man was I wrong. Guy blew me away and was going about 70 by the time I got up to 45. The guy slowed down a minute later and gave me a victory wave.
Sounds like you need to trade that thing in for a "REAL MUSTANG" ! ?
