Last month a couple of us jumped in the back of our 2023 premium and the doors worked perfectly. Yesterday, attempted to open the rear doors and neither presenter pushed the door open. Doors unlatch but do not push open and no sound at all from either plunger. Seems unlikely both would fail simultaneously and with no sound as others have described, is there a fuse somewhere or a software change for child safety that may stop both?

Update, fixed. Washing my MME today, opened driver side back door from the outside, still broken as stated, got inside and closed door while cleaning. Pulled on latch to get out and heard/felt presenter do its job. Got out, shut the door and pushed the button from the outside and the presenter/door worked as designed. Repeated on other door with the exact same results. Tried again an hour later still working fine. ?‍♂ Simply wanted to be opened from the inside before the outside buttons would activate the presenters again.

Hi Howard! I can look into your Mach-E's door concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

Sometimes these things are due to gremlins that go away. Is the problem still there today?

yes, charged the car overnight taking HVB from 30% to 80% and 12v from 76% to 93% hoping that may be it but no change.
