Braking system warning / power train malfunction

Hello!
My wife is out driving the MME and just called me with an issue. She said she got it and it said “something about the braking system not working”. It then advised her to exit the car. I checked on the app and I am seeing the dreaded power train malfunction/reduced power message. I HAVE had my HVJB replaced (just 2-3 months ago). We are in ohio where it’s been very cold. Any ideas?

Have her turn off the car, then open the door. Wait about 20 seconds, then close the door, then restart the car.

If any message appears, have her take a picture with the phone and also read it to you, word for word.
