Broken Air Vent - need help making a replacement part

Hi , I read here and on reddit that the vent shutter holders are breaking off easily. Hasn't happened to me (yet) and I am tinkering with a replacement part. I notices that while the seem to be symmetrical

, they are still not all the same. Outboard is thinner. For those who had this break, would you mind sending me pictures so I get a better idea what exactly is breaking and which vent is affected?

The trunk floor supports break pretty frequently as well. Pretty much any weight on the trunk floor with it in the top position will break the plastic supports. I just drilled mine back into the plastic, but a much sturdier support would be welcome.
