Broken glass roof...

Question:
Obviously, with my Missus and I having had two 'glass' breaks by our dealer, within 6 weeks or so, I have valid concerns.

In the coming week, the dealer is going to have my panoramic glass roof installed. Anything I should be concerned about with this process?

I feel as if, post the install of said roof, other issues could come up. Again, I have lost complete faith in the dealer and their services... ?

Thoughts...

I'm sure you've already thought of this although in times of stress we don't always think straight. When you have it back go through the exterior and interior trim relating to the glass roof to ensure they haven't scratched or damaged anything. Listen out for any squeaks or rattles as trim in the glass roof area would have been detached/moved.

When you go to pick it up make sure there's is ample light and go over the car with a fine-toothed comb (and maybe a video camera) before signing any paperwork or accepting the car back. If they messed up something else, catch it before you sign. Once you sign, you have told them that anything they did to further mess up your car you're responsible for. ??

Id hope that after the 21s had the glass panel recall that the dealer will have some experience with the issue .
Im not a fan of the glass panel .

Roll forward two weeks later, I go to collect my car from the Ford dealer in Kennesaw, Georgia. Are you ready for this? I walk up to the area where my car is sitting outside, and God said to me, give it the once over. Firstly, my car needs a wash, and after the dealer having it for almost 2+ weeks, they could have thrown some water on it. Alas, maybe a good thing they didn't. The GLASS ROOF WAS BROKEN. The Ford dealer broke it, and tried to have me pick it up without telling me.

I am just going to leave this right here. To say I am livid, is an understatement, and now I am without my car for another 7+ days.

ALWAYS check out your vehicle when picking it up . I traded in my 2014 Challenger for my first Mach .
I showed up at the dealer at opening on a Saturday (10AM) found the car and was in the waiting room as people walked in and drove out with their rides . This went on for hours . Im not really that patient of a human but I just figured that the dealer was trying to find me a good deal on financing since Credit Karma reported my credit was iffy. So finally at 6 PM as the doors were being locked they finally called me back to do the paperwork. I had a buddy waiting for me at my house since 4 so I needed to be done with this process already. I get the credit check paperwork and to my surprise my credit score is 150 points higher than Credit Karma stated . Ok so why the delay ?
Paperwork all done I head to my new toy . It was parked so Id naturally walk around the back and get in drivers side but I went around the front. Turns out the idiot kid in the detail bay ran my car into a poll . Now it all made sense . They kept me there knowing there was damage and knowing I was in a time crunch and I can only assume they wanted me to hop in and drive off without seeing the v in the front bumper because then it would be my problem not theirs .
