My one year trial period for Ford Connectivity Package expires on June 30, 2026. It is set to auto-renew at $14.99/month beginning on July 1, 2026. I want to cancel this service before any charges go through. Ford is sending me email notifications that the trial is ending and that I can cancel before the auto-renew. However, when I log into either the app or the web portal, I see under Connected Services the note "Only subscription holder can manage plan." I would assume that I am the subscription holder (I'm certainly the one they will bill $14.99). The car is a lease - maybe the subscription holder is Ford Credit? Any tips on how to get this canceled before the auto-renew? If this fails, I guess I'll have to call them. Thanks!
