Can't receive latest OTA update? Keeps rescheduling.

I had just received the priority update related to tesla charging and another for connectivity (which actually made my connectivity terrible when I NEVER had problem before), then it prompted for 24-puo102-chg-sufx... the countdown started and it never updates,,, keeps prompting me to reschedule. I've retried 15 times with no luck. Car is plugged in to L2 charger,,, I've tried with and without wifi enabled. Also, seems like this update out of order for the ones I had already received, could this be an issue, help anyone?

If I find the OTA update keeps rescheduling, I manually connect to my phone's mobile hotspot and run the update. Done that 3x now without issue.
