What is the latest OTA update

Is your warranty still covering this service or are you paying for these updates at the Dealer?

Warranty (was). But my 3 yr expired in October, 2024.

My dealer is pretty good with their BEV customers. They always picked my car up and gave me a Mach E as a loaner. Also their SOP for any warranty or recall work is to update “all available modules” when it goes in for service.

I know not every dealer is like that.

The downside is that each service time takes over a week (since they take extra time with each car). But with a loaner I didn’t really care.

I haven’t had an update since June 2024. My latest was 6.13.0. I had some problems with the OTA updates earlier in 2024 that the dealer believed was fixed. @Ford Motor Company

Do we have any update from the EA guys & gals that finally received BC 1.3? Is it working? Has Ford continued the roll-out? I don't believe I've heard anything on the forum since the initial 2021's in the EA received the update. Has Ford Continued rolling it out or are we at another stand-still??

The Sync version tells you next to nothing about the most recent OTA. You have to (unfortunately) monitor them yourself.

Each OTA updates one or more of the 40+ modules in the vehicle. The APIM (Sync4A module) is just one of them. I recall someone (@Mike G?) posting a link which if I recall correctly listed the Sync4A versions; that would tell you whether you're up to date or behind. But short of using FDRS or FORScan to see which revision you have of each module, I don't know of any way.

I can tell you what software revisions each of your modules has by checking your VIN in FDRS. Not sure what good that would do you if you have no frame of reference though.

I can post a screenshot of what module updates you have available as well...which is more useful.

BC 1.3 went from being 1 year late to two years late?

Wasn't it just 1 year ago that the beta was released to a small percentage of EA members?
So was that beta release already a year late?

My car had 3 gateway updates one after the other in November.
Right now it is installing IPMA-24.204.8.27 (BC 1.3)

Funny enogh, I received 1.3 the day after this post. I've used it twice and it has worked great both times. The lane chagne and the automatic scoot over next to big trucks is really nice.

22 GT owner here. Last received OTA was back in 9/20/24 (ECG-24.2.5.6.1). However it was noted as in “ Not Completed” status on the vehicle screen. Also checked my 12V battery and it seems in good shape. Have other 22 owners received additional OTA beyond this version?
