OTA software update stuck?

I got the 3.1 OTA on august 8th. On August 13th, I got the noticed to download 3.2. After clicking yes, it's been radio silence. I have auto update on, and I drive 60miles daily and charge at home daily with good wifi. Its been almost 2 wks and no 3.2 update. Anything else I need to do? Still haven't got the recall update yet.

I’m in same boat. Thought us was just me, but still have yet to get the recall update. I see the new software update available icon, but it seems to give me false hope that it will actually update anything when I look in the software details menu.

At least you have the download Icon, I don't even have that anymore. It just disappeared after I accepted. Then Nothing.

What's interesting is on the app, it says I got 3.1. But in the MACHE SYNC, it says the latest update was the blue tooth map I got 5 months ago.

So I don't know what's going on.

My tesla is so much more user friendly. When There's an update available, you just click the Ok to update icon and it updates right away.

Ford needs to be more transparent on what's happening.

I am in a similar boat with my Lightning.

Stuck at 3.2 and waiting to get the 3.4 for the new re-mapped 1PD which I really want to try.

Current 1PD is way to harsh / aggressive for my driving style...

Seems like Ford is not doing a good job with OTA updates.....

Is there a way to tell if there was an error in the installation, or the update got hung up?

Now on my Ford app, it says I have to go to the car and accept the OTA for 3.2.1, but there isn't a download icon.

Tried resetting Sync and nothing changed. What do I do now?
