Stuck OTA

I am looking for a simple way to explain to my local dealer that I believe my OTA is stuck. My screen says I am up to date no version number listed. Many times I feel when I speak to the dealer I am more informed then them (thanks to Mach E forum) I do not see any calculator, notes or tic tac toe. Reading other post I believe I should have these. Is there a simple list that I could show the dealer and point out that since you don't see this on the screen it is clearly not updated. If I have update ### I should have notes, update ### should have tic tac toe

I would personally just recommend be patient. I got the car in september, had no updates and felt the same way... now come January i've had 4 software updates... Ford seems to be getting their act together and getting the fleet up to date
