Warranty (was). But my 3 yr expired in October, 2024.Is your warranty still covering this service or are you paying for these updates at the Dealer?
My dealer is pretty good with their BEV customers. They always picked my car up and gave me a Mach E as a loaner. Also their SOP for any warranty or recall work is to update “all available modules” when it goes in for service.
I know not every dealer is like that.
The downside is that each service time takes over a week (since they take extra time with each car). But with a loaner I didn’t really care.
