Can't remove old PAAK, reset all doesn't work...

I forgot to remove PAAK from my wife's phone when she upgraded, so now we have a ghost PAAK entry in the list. The app indicates that you can call Ford, and they can remove individual entries, but when I called they said "nope, can't do that". So I tried a PAAK reset in the car. Multiple times. It did nothing. I don't want to hard reset the car just to fix this. Any ideas?

I rebooted Sync for a different reason today, and tried resetting all PAAK, it took this time.

I think you can remove it from her account through the app. Use her new phone.

I don't think that was an option on her phone, but doesn't matter... All sorted now.
