Can't get PAAK loaded

I have tried no less than 30 times to get the PAAK to load. Following the directions exactly from the FordPass app I get messages saying, "phone as a key features are enabled", but that is not the case. The home page of FordPass app says, "resume key setup". And like the movie Groundhog day it goes on and on. Is there something I am missing?

Check your profile to see if it shows a PaaK has been set up already. If so, delete it before you start again.

The latest version of the FordPass app broke this and the Apple Watch app functionality. Wait for the next update and hopefully it will be fixed. The fob will work great in the meantime.
