I own a 2023 Mustang Mach E Select and have yet to succeed in reserving my adapter. The option doesn't show up in "Connected Services" when I am in browser or the Fordpass app. I am enrolled in ford.ca version of Blue Oval because I am in Canada. I have called the number on the page where it gives instructions on how to reserve your adapter multliple times. They also gave me another number to call and I have called them numerous times to no avail. Every time the representative either says "Ford is still working on it" or there is nothing they can do. I am going crazy trying to figure out what I can do. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?
