Can't reserve my Tesla adapter

I own a 2023 Mustang Mach E Select and have yet to succeed in reserving my adapter. The option doesn't show up in "Connected Services" when I am in browser or the Fordpass app. I am enrolled in ford.ca version of Blue Oval because I am in Canada. I have called the number on the page where it gives instructions on how to reserve your adapter multliple times. They also gave me another number to call and I have called them numerous times to no avail. Every time the representative either says "Ford is still working on it" or there is nothing they can do. I am going crazy trying to figure out what I can do. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?

When did you buy it? New or used? If used the previous owner may have ordered it.
I ordered mine on the connected services page on my phone in ford pass. It did however
take a long time to show up there after loading that page.

Are you a retail customer ? Fleet purchases are handled differently.

Try using a computer browser.

I could not order mine on the app.

Make sure you are logged into your FP account.

I don't think ownership as of 02/29 is a concern. I bought my used 2021 MME on March 8, and had no problems ordering the adapter the next day.

Yes, because we've seen cases of the previous owner reserving the adapter on 2/29 right before they sold the car. Since Ford only gives one adapter per VIN, that's a problem if somebody else used the VIN already.

I bought it new in August 2023. It should work but I don't know why it doesn't.
