Car Off, Door Open Beeping

I'm using PaaK and I just started noticing yesterday when I park, turn the vehicle off, and open the door, the vehicle beeps (same beep as when the car is on and you undo your seatbelt). It doesn't stop until I close the door. Is this expected? I wonder if it's similar or related to the alerting mechanism for leaving your key in your vehicle, or if there's an order of operations I need to change somehow.

Sounds like headlights. If they are in Auto, turn them off and back to auto. If they are not in auto or off, turn them to auto.

Check your lights switch. There seems to be a bug, where it switches off "auto". I have had the issue where my lights stay on. Fix, move the switch to off and back to auto, and the beeping stops.

I don’t hear any noise when I shut the car down and then open the door. Also using PaaK. ?‍?

Okay yeah, that was totally it. Some sorta bug switched my lights off auto. Turned it back on and the beeping stopped.

Its pretty common. Mine does this about once every couple of weeks
