Car stopped updating Ford site/fordpass?

Hi - beginning sometime yesterday my 2023 GT seemed to stop communicating with Ford. Both the app and the site show a SOC of yesterday afternoon's value (I've since charged) and the location reflects where I was yesterday. I've tried:
- doing a sync reboot (the only reboot I know how to do - the volume down/next track thing)
- tried looking at Connected Vehicle Services in the car, but the menu shows as empty
- tried connecting car to wifi but that's not refreshing/showing any networks

Has anyone seen this/got any tips? Everything had been working fine for a year a half (at least in this regard) and only started happening yesterday. Is there a fuse I should pull and reinsert or some other hacky move?

I have not (not yet at least). Would I lose any settings as a result? I don't want the remediation to be worse than the initial issue.

No setting will be lost. It just forces a reboot of the telecommunications module.

ok. I'm looking at that thread you posted- may try some of the other things first (like the remote lock/remote start/sharing settings, etc)

How do you know the car isn't communicating with Ford? Are you relying on the FordPass app for info? If so, have you tried restarting your phone? The problem may be the app, not the car.

Pulled 11/12, waited 10 minutes, didn't help. Now pulled it again and will wait longer (like an hour) but I am not optimistic.

Because it's wrong on the ford website too. And as I mentioned, the connected vehicle services menu is blank.

Left fuse out for more than an hour. No change

I had a similar problem and this did it for me

Scares me a little tbh, it’s the set of wires on bottom with the red?
Btw, managed to get the Bezel diagnostics and this is what it says. I should mention I got it to connect t to wifi (I think going into the Bezel got that working, but it still never connected to Ford)
