Fordpass quit updating

On Feb 10 my car quit updating in the fordpass app. Can't start or do anything from the app. I have reinstalled the app and tried on my tablet. No response from the car. Tried remote start , app eventually says car did not start

Go to Connectivity on the Vehicle settings on the screen in the car and then Connected Vehicle features, toggle the whole thing off, then wait 5 minutes and turn everything back on again.

Worked! Had the car a year and never had this problem.
