my FordPass app does not seem to be updating. I just plugged the car into start a charging session, and the FordPass app indicates it’s already at 90%. When I look at the charging history, it only shows the previous charging session. The car does appear to be charging. i’ve logged out and logged back into the app, and restarted my iPhone. Any other suggestions?

the current charging session won't show up in the charging log until after you've completed charging. Not sure why it's not updated on your fordpass, the app does lose connectivity from time to time

thanks for the response, but regarding the current charging session, what you’ve described has not been my experience. In the past, I’ve been able to see the increase in the SOC on the FordPass app as the car was charging.

Your question was specifically about "Charging History". ZVEZ answer is correct, about charging history.

This is exactly correct. It will not show in the charge logs until it is complete. But yes, you should still be able to see real-time charging status if the App is working correctly.

I think your question is actually you go into the fordpass app and the main charge state right on the main page doesn't match the value in the car, right?

First thing is connectivity. Car has to communicate. It will do this over bluetooth to your phone if it can, Wi-Fi if you have configured it, and cell (att) as a backup if it exists (even if you don't pay for cell service). If it can't do any of these things, it won't update.

If charging history is updated after the charge, you know the car is connected at least sometimes.

If your car is connecting to the mother ship sometimes, then i would consider blaming the app, and reinstalling.

Of course you probably have to enable data sharing. If you have disabled it, i wouldn't expect the app to work.

correct, the SOC on the main page of the app does not appear to be current. I believe Bluetooth connectivity is working because I was listening to music from my phone in the car. But since I have not updated the FordPass app since the last time it worked correctly, maybe I have inadvertently done something in the car.

also, I noticed that the SOC for the 12 V battery on my account portion of the ford.com. Website does not appear to be accurate. However, it does appear to show current information for vehicle health:
