CarPlay tile missing in 4.1.2

While playing with the newly installed 4.1.2, I swiped down on on the app tiles, which normally makes them disappear. Normally, they reappear when you use an app again. But for some reason, the CarPlay tile won’t return to the tile tray. Everything else does, but not CarPlay. I’ve tried restarting sync, but no luck. Anyone have a fix?
